I wanted to lose my posting virginity here. Lots to read up on. Probably days more till I even get a hang (npi) of all that’s offered.
I haven’t started PE yet, except for Fowfering. Did the bed/sleep fowfer last night and trying to keep doing it while sitting at the computer.
I will try the newbie routine, but quick question - what are people’s experience with fowfering alone? (Excuse me if it’s posted elsewhere - I did do search and advance search and found some relevant stuff but there’s so much info here I might have overlooked it.)
Also went on a quick manic exercise routine and lost 11lbs in 3 weeks. Going to keep it up as long as I can (no pun intended). Ideal is to drop another 12-17lbs.
Does extreme exercise (3-4 hours a day doing cardio at the gym) impact desire/wood? I have almost zero desire now (though I’ve masterbated almost daily it’s from mostly flaccid state till I finally break through semi-flaccid orgasm). Now I’m going to give it a rest till desire returns. But is it possible it’s the extreme exercise that’s also impacting me. I’m 56.
