I did both from the beginning. Don’t remember my newbie gains, already did PE 6 months before I joined here. So I simply didn’t knew that newbie gains existed back then.

I tried, they wouldn’t let me. Not an English major or a PE’er now.

You don’t have to be an English major to recognize the value of coherent verbal expression or correct basic mistakes.

Though some may need a refresher here there. :)

I wonder though, is it that 3”+ is actually very hard to come by, or is it that there just simply haven’t been many people that have stuck with it for that long? Or that have actually wanted that much?

Think about it: if you were 8”, and you were for whatever reason aiming for 9”, what would you be telling yourself? You already have major unit and bottom out constantly in girls (the only exceptions being size queens… which are very very far-in-between and from what I’ve noticed, size queens seem to tend to almost always look like somebody I’d [personally] much rather not be boning to begin with.. fugly :eek: ). So I would think that many, knowing this, wouldn’t see any point in continuing. Also, remember, the common goal here is 8” x 6” for a reason. So with so many people trying to aim for that mega-unit goal, naturally there wouldn’t be as many people to testify to the journey traveled on the 3”+ path.

What about Dino9x7? Isn’t he still going? Bib? Didn’t he gain 4”? Those are two people that come to mind. Though I’m not sure exactly where Dino9x7 started, I remember him stating that there was basically no need to continue after 8” but that he was going after 9” only because he’s a “f’ing silly bastard”. Aside from those two though, it seems to me that the people that I’ve seen with the join dates of around 2001 or 2002 (or even before) have been reached their goals.. or at least reached the goals of what most the other people here are aiming for. Also, even for them, it seems that they’ve almost all had significant time taken off in PE over this course of years (it’s not like they’ve been literally PE’ing every week since their beginning date. Months-long breaks, etc., have been common amongst these people I’ve noticed). This implies to me that, as I’ve read before many times on here, that there really isn’t any limit to what you can gain - it’s really more a matter of whether or not and how long you’re willing to stick with it.

Bird2: Could you give us a link to your routine. I searched for it in your profile material, your statistics, and your threads that you authored. Didn’t find it. I know that you said you are a quick gainer, but how you accomplished that much gain in such a short time is something that all of us who are into p.e. should consider. You blew the myth of length first then girth away in that you did went after both simultaneously. Please direct us all to your routine again for review. Thanks.

Bird2’s routine

The advised time to do the newbie routine is at least 3 consistent months. Of course you can do the newbie routine longer if you desire.

At the end I would to 20 minutes of jelqing, 10 at a high erection level (60-80%) which will aim for girth and 10 at a low erection level (20-40%) which will aim for length.

For kegels I would do 3x20 short kegels, 1-3 seconds and 2x10 longer kegels, 10-15 seconds. This has made my dick harder than I ever thought possible. Do them in the following order for optimal results: short, long, short, long, short.

You can avoid pumping, hanging etc. There are plenty of members who only do the newbie routine and others, like me, who only do manual exercises. Do a search for: Ulis, horses, invented v stretch, two way stretch, JAI stretch and clamping. Also adding amazing isometrics to your routine will be a good idea.

A routine with clamping, Ulis, horses and additionally some jelqing is a great routine for getting girth while a routine which has regular, JAI, invented v and two way stretches in it will be a great routine to get to your length goal. Also add jelqing here, your length gains will be better when you jelq. Add the amazing isometrics to speed things up.

Okay Bird. I found this on a thread in which you had participated in August, 2006. Someone has said that there is so much blather on Thunders that lots of times, the message of those who really have seen gains is lost in the blather. So tell us man what you mean by isometrics in your routine. The rest is all here on the website for our review. Details please man on isometrics. Thanks

Isn’t is the opposite? High erection jelq= length, low erection jelq= girth. Or am I wrong?

Other way round, theres no lateral pressure otherwise so it does make sense.

The only gains I take as concrete are listed under member pics and I believe none of those is 3” yet
