I asked this question in a previous thread and did not get a response, so I thought I would ask again:

Curious about this as I am back to my routine and watching my PI’s closely:

How long after a session should you have a “hang?”

I PE in the morning. At first, I was doing dry jelqs in the shower, but I’ve switched to doing stretches and O-bends in the shower and wet jelq with lube immediately after stepping out and drying off (I.e. Only 2-3 minutes max break). After I warm-down (warm wash cloth), I start getting ready. My flaccid hang stays larger for a bit of time, but within 5-10 minutes I’m turtling, especially after putting my boxers on. I’m wondering if I’m applying to much pressure in my jelqs.

How many time you do jelqs, o-bends etc? it doesn’t seem you are overworking your unit, I apply a lot of pressure to my jelqs and don’t turtle.

My routine right now is:

5 minute warm-up (in shower, warm water wash-cloth)
5-10 minute stretches
20 second hold O-bends (two in each direction, at most 20% erection level)
Hop out of shower and dry off, then 5-10 minutes of jelqs
5 minute warm-down

I notice that I look fuller after jelqing, but as I warm-down, the plumpness I had is gone. I guess that is from the lymph working it’s way out.

Friday was the last time I did my PE routine, I lightened up on the jelqs to enough to push blood through but not the same amount of pressure I had before. I did not notice any post PE difference in flaccid hang (still turtling as I’m getting ready).

The times seem ok, you should do at least 15 min of jelqs, I do the jelqs before the o-bends, don’t know if it will make any difference. And your warm down I assume it’s with heat isn’t it? so far it seems all right to me.

Don’t expect to hang a lot like when you finish jelquing, that don’t last more than a half a hour or less. It does have to look more full once you finish, it can’t be possible that you sense no difference when it’s flaccid. Try wearing a cock ring 30 minuts after you finish your routine.

I’ll try the ring and increasing the time of my jelqing. It is usually around 100 or so jelqs that I am doing, usually in sets of 25 with a small break between sets. I’m going to also try to split the difference of pressure between what I had been doing and what I do from here on (slightly more pressure, but not quite as hard as before).

Ok, also you can try which schedule works best for you 5on2off or 3on1off.

I never count how many jelqs I do (I know people count them) I just do 20 min of jelq and I don’t mind the number of reps. Take care of the effects the routine do to you, also you should do some kegels, they will help you in that and more ways. When a routine works you notice it quickly.
