First post; length question.

Hi everybody I am very new to PE (only started two weeks ago with the newbie routine). My member is at a modest 5.25” erect length and 4” erect girth. I have been lurking around the forums pretty much all the time and my question is whether or not I should leave out girth exercises for now, since I really want to gain at least an inch in length and hear that girth exercises impede length gains.

Also I do the newbie routine 1 day on 1 day off, and on my off days I do my whole kegel routine(one that I have been doing way before I started PE) it seems to work fine for me but I am curious if I should move do 2 on and 1 day off. Thanks for any info you can send my way, you guys here seem like good honest people and I’m glad to have found this place.

First off, you should stick with the newbie routine, but make your jelqs at a lower erection percentage (30-50% erect). This will focus the jelqs towards benefiting length more than girth. That plus the stretchse that make up the newbie routine will be great for length. I’d also suggest going to 2 days on 1 off but make sure to monitor your P.I.’s. If it’s too much for you, go back to 1 on 1 off. Stick with this newbie routine for at least 3 months, longer if you’d like but after a certain amount of time you’re going to want to add hanging or tunica tuggs if you’d like additional length past what stretching the ligiments can get you.

one month in (as of 02/12/09): 8.15" BPEL, 7.4" NBPEL, 5.6"EG, (5"-6.5" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 190 lbs.

Currently (as of 04/3/09): 8.50" BPEL, 7.6" NBPEL, 5.7"EG, (5.5"-7" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 175 lbs. (final semester of Computer Science > Gym :( )

Goals (in the next 6 months): 8.60" BPEL, 7.8" NBPEL, 6" EG, 7" FL, 5" FG, (still hopefully 6'1"), Weight: 200 lbs.

Welcome aboard ED123. Stay on the newbie routine for at least three months and see how it goes. The idea that lenght gains are slowed by girth gains is not proven - there are vets around that believe gains on both go just hand in hand.

And, of course, good luck!

Welcome ED123, good luck with the newbie routine.

Thanks guys I guess I’ll just stick with the newbie routine and see how it goes from there

Yeah definitely give it a run for a month or two to see how you respond and then make changes accordingly.

I would modify the newbie routine slightly for a bit more stretching. As house said monitor your PI’s.
