I’ve been hanging around the forum for a while taking in the very usefull information so I thought it was about time I said hi and thank you to all that post the good info,

I started on the newbie routine a little over 2 weeks ago, it was a while before that when I measured
At that time I was 5inch erect (don’t think that was bone pressed) and 4 1/2 girth, I havent set a goal at the moment just bigger would be good

Length would be good (although my girlfriend left her 9inch plus husband for me after hearing I had 5 so it’s not much of a problem) but more girth would be good I can’t see her complaining at either though :)

I have a question on how to achieve flacid gains (thats probebley been asked before but the search won’t work for me)

When left alone the little guy shrinks very small (like 1inch) untill touched then it does seem to come out to about 3inch for a hour or so before turtleing
My girl likes to fall asleep holding it so any help on keeping it out or add more to it would be very helpfull

For flaccid gains, a lot of stretching and ADS. Stretches such fowfers and jai are particularly effective. Waaring loose clothing will help also.

After a week with the newbie routine, I noticed that my cock seems to spend a lot more time of the day fuller and it turtles a lot less often. Keep it up and you should notice the same. It’s one of the physiological positive indicators (you should read the thread on PIs). I linked you to it.

Started: BPEL: 13 cm / EG: 10.5 cm // 27-06-07

Now: BPEL: 14.1 cm / EG: 10.7 cm // 18-10-07

Goal: BPEL: 17 cm / EG: 13 cm // Soon ;)

Hi guys not to hijack this thread or anything I just don’t want to create threads that are similar to this one. So I was hoping I could ask for some advice. I want a bigger flacid dick and I was thinking about doing the fowfer stretch. I’m a total newbie and I want to get everything straightened out before I start tugging and pulling at my dick. So the questions are.. When do I do the fowfer stretch before PE after PE or during? How long should I do it.. Few have suggested 5mins during PE and on Fowfer’s tutorial it says he hasnt gone over 90 minutes. If anyone had experience in the field can you let me know what might be preferable to a beginner. Thanks in advance.

If you are a “total newbie” as you said, I would stick to the newbie routine to the letter for at least a couple months before adding any thing other that more time to the exercises in the routine. Something that many newbies do is get over excited and start screwing around with 440’s and stuff then break their dick. The Newbie routine has everything you need to get started towards a bigger unit. When you your unit get more accustomed to the exercises and then go for new and more exciting stuff. Don’t hurt it before you even really get started.
