Could someone link me to a good starting routine please.

Starting stats G 4.91, BPEL 6.69, NBPEL 6.29

First goal would be G 5.5 NBPEL 7.0

You have to keep jelqing for about 6 months to cement your gains any gains in first 4-6 weeks I belive are temp gains
