Hello gentlemen, first post here. I’m what you folks consider a newbie to exercises but pumped prior with no results because the cylinders where too large.

Anyone wishes to know my “story” just let me know via email or massager. I had my health used against me by a mean person already, so I won’t make that mistake again.

Now I have a girlfriend, I wish to enlarge me penis but confused in which direction to travel. I D/L your free videos (thanks) I will try the newbie routine as well later today.

I am confused in what are “cable clamps” and a “tunica”. I researched but it doesn’t give me specific explanations just images and stuff.

The image gallery is a nice addition. I hope you dudes are happier now. I’m not sure what those penis rings are and wrap around straps pictured on the base of the penises or why they are presented.

I would like some advice I can use that will prevent me from cuming too quickly.

I know other members been down this road prior, but can folks explain what are cable clamps and tunica and should I go out a buy them and if so, where.

Also, is the newbie routine the ideal situation for me and if so, do I need a clamp and or tunica to the routine and or other devices I.e. Pills, etc.

You do indeed need a tunica in order to do PE. Fortunately you already have one as a tunica is part of your penis!

Tunica: The thick, fibrous sheath that covers the corpora cavernosa.

Corpora Cavernosa: The two chambers that run the length of the penis on either side, which are filled with spongy tissue. When you’re aroused, blood flows into the spaces in the corpora cavernosa and causes them to expand, which results in your penis becoming erect.

Don’t worry about clamps and rings or any of that stuff. You already have all the “equipment” you need: A penis and hands. The newbie routine is where you start and it requires nothing other than dedication, a bit of lubrication, (something to make your dick slippery), and something to heat up your penis, ( a heating pad, a sock filled with rice and heated in the microwave, or even a cup filled with warm watter) Many guys get bigger simply doing the newbie routine and if you are one of them you will never need to mess with the other stuff. For now simply invest your time in doing the newbie routine and doing a bit of reading about the basic stuff. It can be a bit overwhelming at first but by the time you have been doing the newbie routine for a few months you will have absorbed a lot of information.

Welcome aboard. Yeah I wouldn’t worry about cable clamps (also called cable cuffs). Cable clamps are usually sold at hardware stores, but since your a newbie I wouldn’t worry about them for now. You’ll find out by reading exercises for the tunica. I’d start off with the newbie routine you need to get your penis in shape first. As far as pills go (I’m guessing you mean penis enlargement pills) don’t buy them they are a waste of money. Another good thing is to set short and long term goals. Enjoy the site!

Thanks gentlemen that commented so far with valued information. I was wondering, if someone knows a Premature formula that can work while I learn how to strengthen my penis and last longer.

I also want to get a quality penis ring. Being from NYC, we still has some adult shops around, but they get stranger by the minute, with less compassion to the quality of their products and customers. Sometimes one can find a cheap penis ring, but it doesn’t really help in my situation. It’s very uncomfortable to put on and slide off. I don’t use lube because I don’t enjoy masturbating. I want to try a penis ring around the base with one of the pumps I have and see if it can hold the enlarged frame for at least an hour. Practical thinking..

There is no best time for the newbie routine. I do mine in the morning that way it’s done and ready to get on with my day. I would set a time for when you do decide to start and stick with it. Don’t do it one day at night then the next day in the morning, you want to give your penis time to heal. I noticed you said you don’t like using lube, you’re going to need it for the newbie routine in order to do wet jelqing. There is a dry version but I’ve never tried it.

Start off on the newbie routine like the other fellas have said - that’s a great starting place and it should help you to learn a lot about your penis without putting it under too much strain. Don’t get me wrong though, the newbie routine can still be harmful if you do too much too soon for too long and too hard without using the proper techniques. Take it easy and never try to work through any kind of pain or injury… take a break and then rusume once you’re fully healed. I’m not trying to scare you, I just don’t want you to harm yourself. :D

I would also advise you to read as much as possible as this place is a great resource with more good information than you could shake a stick at. Don’t go spending your money on fancy gadgets just yet and don’t even think about ‘penis enlargement pills’.

Hey man, welcome in. You’ve been a member for a year!? Aghhh nice.

Start off with newbie routine and try not to stray. I know I have and added a few more exercises in there and haven’t really gained much. It is really hard for me to take things slow. Especially something I do almost everyday for 3 months. I remember thinking it had been like a month on the third day.

Anyways, enough about my troubles. Welcome to the forum as an active member and good luck with your gains!
