Started at the beginning of December, but not too seriously.
Then started the new year with a strict schedule, not missing a day
Still doing the newbie routine
Usually 5-7 mins warm up
10 min stretch
15 min jelq - usually standing up straight forward or in a downward direction.
Cool down by massaging to help restore circulation.
2 days on, 1 day off
Had no gains whatsoever.
All I noticed was my dick is a bit more vascular now
Should I try to change my routine? Or try doing this for another month
Was also looking into hanging golf weights or something.. Willing to try anything because I feel like I’m wasting my time
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
