One month.

One month.

Started at the beginning of December, but not too seriously.
Then started the new year with a strict schedule, not missing a day

Still doing the newbie routine

Usually 5-7 mins warm up
10 min stretch
15 min jelq - usually standing up straight forward or in a downward direction.
Cool down by massaging to help restore circulation.

2 days on, 1 day off

Had no gains whatsoever.
All I noticed was my dick is a bit more vascular now

Should I try to change my routine? Or try doing this for another month

Was also looking into hanging golf weights or something.. Willing to try anything because I feel like I’m wasting my time

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

keep on keeping on…, I took almost three months to notice any gains (length only). Stay away from the ruler for at least two and a half months. I wouldn’t change the routine, stretch or jelq a little longer if you feel like it. You’r not suppose to hang until you’ve been PEing for some time.

By the way we have the same stats, have a look at mine and see the gains.

Stick with it for 3 months, and if gains are not apparent at least you will then be ready to approach advanced methods such as hanging. The Newbie Routine is a great PE training regime above all else.

Some guys experience gains straight off, some don’t - a lot decide to throw the towel in after a month which really would be a waste of time. Remember, on your 2 on 1 off schedule, that’s only 20 sessions since the start of the year. There are guys here that have toiled for years with little reward, then all of a sudden they get a growth spurt. It’s all about dedication - no half measures.

If you feel like you absolutely really must change something, try going to 2 on, 2 off, and back off the jelqs by half.
