First Gains Recorded
Just reporting that I measured last night and recorded my first gains of .25” putting me at 7.75” BPEL. My EG has remained at a soled 6”, but I am hoping to improve on that in the coming months. My routine currently consists of 5 minutes of stretching split into two sections, 12-15 minutes of jelqing also split into two sections, and Ulis. I have been adding these things on slowly since I started about 3 months ago and I have decided that I want to add something else that focuses mainly on girth, but I’m not sure what. Any ideas?
