As I said above, I’m not sure that I believe the 6 in EG yet. I usually don’t post measurements that I haven’t been able to reproduce several times. I’ve only measured 6 in EG one time. I don’t rely much on erect measurements because without “proper” stimulation, I have a little trouble getting fully erect. I don’t mean to suggest ED, if anything, rather the contrary. At the right times, my EQ is very good. It’s just, my head seems to know the difference between training camp and game day. I’m trying to get a good set of erect measurements at least once a month.
I tried this morning to do an EG; I’m not getting much cooperation from my little guy. Maybe I’ll have better luck later in the day. Even at about 60% erect, I’m still measuring 5 3/4 in so I’m pretty sure that I’m significantly larger in EG.
I’m not sure that I’d recommend my exercise routine. It’s somewhat strenuous, especially for a beginner. Everything basically revolves around the jelq. I do 1200 a day with a day off roughly every 10 days. I do them all in one session. I have a cycle of 400 that I go through. I’ll describe that cycle in a minute. There are four different exercises in each 400 cycle. I do 100 of each exercise, stop and massage for about 15 seconds between each exercise. It takes me about 1 hr 40 min to complete my exercise session.
Heat! With heating pad for 15 minutes.
Think points of a compass: north (toward chin), south (toward floor), east, west.
Jelq (north, palm toward body) and stretch: 100
100 of these:
(A) jelq (left hand, palm toward body) south, rotate clockwise with hand close to body stretching, two complete circles.
(B) jelq (right hand, palm toward body) south, rotate counterclockwise with hand close to body stretching, two complete circles.
Jelq (perpendicular to body) and stretch foreskin: 100
Jelq (south, palm away from body) and stretch: 100
That’s my cycle of 400; I do three sets of this cycle. Remember, I’m a newbie, so I’m just guessing; it’s probably the jelqs that are increasing my girth.
