Finally got length gains for the first time.

I stopped PE 4 months ago because I had tried newbie routine for 2 1/2 months and got no length gains at all. But I did gain a little girth.. So about 14 days ago I thought I should give it a try once more I was at matter of size last time but then I came in here this time.. And thank god I did that.. I looked around read a lot and found someone who didn’t gain length from the newbie routine just like me .. In his thread he said dld blasters ,a-stretch , v-stretch, JAI-stretch works the best.. And he gained from that.. But he also mentioned that he did about 10 min of warm. Up .. I did the same thing and in just 12 days I’ve gained 0.2” in length.. And I also need to lose my fat pad lol . Guys plz don’t do erect jelqing.. Causes a lot of pain and give bruises if ur erect plz don’t do the session stop it .guys at matter of size r like if you do erect work you will gain more all I gained was bruises.. So plz take it easy.. Guys over here r just very help full.. If there’s a newbie trying to ask about quick ways to gain members over here tell him to take it easy and do the newbie routine first.. Because its a lot safer than advance exercises .. At matter of size if you want to gain quickly .. People start telling you all kind’s of stuff .do this .do that .do erect work .. You might get some bruises but ur penis will get used to it .wtf

Those matters of size’ers are pretty reckless I think although I noticed that everone there is pumping.

I have experience so I always go for maximum erection level when i do girth. For a novice I would advise to do your jelqs with just enough blood to get some good expansion.

I think matters of size has a partnership with the urologist foundation, they do their best to get you injured.

There’s no quicker way to gain than have a healthy penis , being consistent , finding what works for you and do it with the right schedule (enough rest days ) and intensity.

Thank you for correcting yourself. With all this free information that Thunder generously offers, it is not to much to follow the simple Forum Guidelines here. It really is as simple as that.
By the way, congratulations on your gains. A gain is a gain, also do not shoot for the stars for a goal. Those goals can not burn you out but can be discouraging as well. Do realistic goals
like .25 at a time. Once that is reached, go for another .25. Reaching those goals are very encouraging.

It says marinera yo XD. Also what is the key for gripping well at the glans during an e-stretch?

YES.. Longer hold gave me huge gains.. I gained .5 in length in less than one month .1 min each hold with some kegels in all 6 directions L-R-UP-D-SQ-and ass crack pull stretch.. And v stretch and A stretch for 3 min .JAI stretch (30 sec holds 3 sec release repeat for 3 min ) and dld blaster — with both hands to get a good pull.. For 3 min. I changed my routine a bit this is working fine. For me

What about fatigue man? Do you feel something , if so how often? Are you thinking about increasing the routine?

No fatigue at all man.. I don’t know why.. But I do 5 days on and 2 day off .. No I’m fine with this one.. If my gains get slower then I will add some more min .. I just want to be average I don’t want to be huge or anything length= 6.5” BPEL is enough for me.. Girth 5” is more than enough.

Since 4 days I’m noticing lower EQ.. I am changing my routine.. To normal stretches 6 min.. And JAI stretch for 4 min with kegels.. And 50 jelqs this is a temporary routine .till my EQ is back to normal.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

guys i started taking pics when i hit 14.1 cm . i wish i had take a pic when i was 13 cm :( .. oh well i have 3 pics right now 14.1 ,14.5, 14.8cm i will take pics every time i measure ….. maybe one day if I’m not embarrassed i may post them …

Good job staying consistent. Keep it up and I’m sure you have more gains to come.
