Finally got length gains for the first time.
I stopped PE 4 months ago because I had tried newbie routine for 2 1/2 months and got no length gains at all. But I did gain a little girth.. So about 14 days ago I thought I should give it a try once more I was at matter of size last time but then I came in here this time.. And thank god I did that.. I looked around read a lot and found someone who didn’t gain length from the newbie routine just like me .. In his thread he said dld blasters ,a-stretch , v-stretch, JAI-stretch works the best.. And he gained from that.. But he also mentioned that he did about 10 min of warm. Up .. I did the same thing and in just 12 days I’ve gained 0.2” in length.. And I also need to lose my fat pad lol . Guys plz don’t do erect jelqing.. Causes a lot of pain and give bruises if ur erect plz don’t do the session stop it .guys at matter of size r like if you do erect work you will gain more all I gained was bruises.. So plz take it easy.. Guys over here r just very help full.. If there’s a newbie trying to ask about quick ways to gain members over here tell him to take it easy and do the newbie routine first.. Because its a lot safer than advance exercises .. At matter of size if you want to gain quickly .. People start telling you all kind’s of stuff .do this .do that .do erect work .. You might get some bruises but ur penis will get used to it .wtf
