Sorry if these have been asked before, but before I started posting, I read almost all threads, and I don’t remember seeing answers to these.

When JELQing, and erection level goes down, does it matter if you wait for it to go back to what it should be? Will it make a difference if you do one continuous session, or if you do it like one minute rests in between, after 30-50 JELQ reps to regain erection?

Also, I know some people’s pump last for a while. Mine used to last really long, but not anymore. It’s usually gone within 2 minutes. Does that mean I am doing something wrong?

Again, sorry if repost, but I don’t want anything to hinder me from getting a bigger unit.

But here is my personal experience.

No it does not matter, at least not for me. I do my jelqs in sets of 30. Like so:

Hit desired erection level. Do thirty jelqs. Masturbate to bring erection level back. Do 30 more jelqs. And so on. You do not need a minute rest though.

This has worked fine for me.

How about your pump? How long does it last?

Don’t really know, I never really worried about it. Maybe someone else will chime in.

More interesting to me is how my flaccid hangs the next day. If it is full and loose I feel like I have done a good job. If it is tight I feel like maybe I over did it.

Okay. Cause sometime I get that tight feeling and it’s a bit hard, not erect, but kind of like a rubbery feeling than the regular fleshy feel, if you get what I mean.

Hard and tight is what I try to avoid. There is a lot of discussion of this flaccid hang as “barometer” for how your workout is going in Chronostone's progress log. Sorry I can’t link to the exact area, but the whole thing is a good read:

I have a few more questions. I searched for EQ on the FAQ and came up empty. I am thinking it means Erection Quality based on the way it has been used. Is this correct?

Also, from what I have read, I haven’t seen anyone alternating between girth and length routines, or doing like half of their daily routine for girth and the other for length (or so they don’t mention). I am thinking of alternating between girth and length weeks, or doing half of each for each session. Is that a good idea?
