Few questions from a newbie

Hey guys,

I’m absolutely new to this but I’ve been following along in the forums learning things for about a month now, thought I’d do a post and ask a few questions.

I have two kids, so time isn’t really something I’ve got much of, or to be more precise, alone time isn’t easy to get and to be discreet with PE is something I’m curious about. So first question, is there anybody else with kids that can give me advice on how you get the time to do PE.

Second question I have is that is there any really quick PE routines you can do in the shower and has anyone had any success with these routines? Or do people get the most gains with the newbie routine and then longer routines?

Thirdly, I couldn’t seem to find anyone who’s had success with having a small starting penis size to getting large penis and if so ,is there any pictures of before and after?.

I’m sorry to sound so ignorant about the topic, I’m just hoping to learn.

Any advice from anybody would be so helpful to get me started on my journey. I’m only 4.75(12.5cm) BPEL so I’d love to get larger!

A lot of guys only have shower/bathroom time for PE. A little PE is going to be better than no PE. Especially if it’s effective and carefully done. Personally, I’d recommend enlisting my wife’s support, but that’s a topic for another debate.

There are some success stories around. Bennett8 is a classic. Check out the PE data site and look at some of the stats posted there. If what you’re asking is “Does PE work?’, YES! It does. Personally, I’ve almost doubled my penis volume and there are guys here who’ve made even greater gains.

Give the Newbie Routine a shot (as much as time/privacy will allow) and see where it takes you.

Everyone here is always gonna tell you a warm down is extremely important (I’m not denying it)

But I don’t think they are as important as the warm up

If you have around 20 minutes to shower a day then I feel like that is enough time.

A 10 minute warm up with 5 minutes of jelqing and 5 minutes to clean yourself (if you don’t do that in the warm up) is something good to start with

Alot of us “older” guys on here with kids. I think it depends on the age of the kids and your schedule. If they’re younger do it when they go to bed as younger kids typically have early bed times. If it’s teenagers, like mine, let’s face it they don’t want to hang out with us anyways. The only issue there is possibly explaining why daddy goes in and locks the bedroom door for an hour every night.

My wife told our son I take naps. So apparently in his eyes I must be pretty tired :)

Totally agree with getting the wife on board. Makes PE so much easier. Said many times I can’t imagine having to hide that shit from her and try to get any decent PE routine accomplished.

Even if it you did the newbie routine, that’s around 2-3 hours out of your week.

So the question you need to ask yourself. Is it worth 2-3 hours a week for a bigger dick?

I’ve got 3 kids, am a full time student, and run a business back in America from overseas. I get at least 1.5hr a day for PE and 2hr for the gym. It’s just what you prioritize.

PE I find is best late at night so the kids aren’t knocking on your door. You’ll probably have to get your wife behind what you’re doing since you wouldn’t be lying down with her at the same time every night. If that’s a problem go to sleep earlier and get it in in the morning.

I never “warm up” or “warm down”. Too time consuming and noticed 0 difference in results. So not “everyone” will say that.

What is important and many guys will say is that constant heat during PE is needed.

Whether it’s a space heater, rice sock, heating pad, warm water or my personal favorite the IR heat light.

Get some heat on that dick when you PE.

Yes, I use a small space heater I bought at Walmart for under 15 bucks and it works great. I felt my ligs popping within two or three sessions with the heat, which never happened before, and gains started coming shortly afterwards.

Heat is very important, for sure.
