Well the title says it all. Ive kept away from porn, but feel fiendish. I feel like I need to get off and several times I haven’t been able to help myself. I mean, Im glad my libido is healthy, but the problem is I cant seem to get hard without stimulating myself first. And when I am hard, it seems I am always on the verge of cumming.

Today I had a disappointing experience with the wife who I havent slept with for weeks. Was as horny as all heck and we tried something different and I was definitely turned on, but the guy downstairs just wasnt coming through for me. I mean, I managed to get hard from self stimulation eventually but while doing it, I constantly had to tell my wife to stop as I was on the verge of cumming. And the actual sexual act was very short.

I went to a doctor last week to get a general check up. Havent been for one in about 6 years as Ive been living in Japan. Ive had a few things wrong with me. Couldn’t seem to bring up my ED problems with my female doctor. In any case, it seems I am perfectly healthy except that my LDL is a little over the recommended range, but I was told not to worry too much because my HDL was high and the HDL to LDL ratio was healthy. Grrrr. I feel like its time for the drugs. But dont want to ask my doctor. Tried contacting a men’s health clinic via email but they haven’t got back to me. Slack bastards.

I don’t do Kegel’s. I think they aren’t any good for some men (I know, it sounds like a blasphemy). Since you are horny, I don’t think your problem is low testosterone. Maybe is time for drugs, but I’m conservative on these kind of things : even if you don’t feel comfortable, put the question out with your Doc and hear his opinion; thereafter you can do whatever you want, of course, but better asking first.

As far as techniques that could help in this case, I would suggest using a cock ring while having sex - not too tight, and not for more than 10 minutes first times. You’ll last more, and as a bonus your penis will be temporarily fatter. Avoid becoming addicted to cock rings, anyway, if with time the issue doesn’t subside, I would search deeper on the cause of your issue.

With strong enough kegels you can maintain hard erections easily, and if you time a good kegel perfectly, you can propel a cumshot even further than normal. It’s pretty awesome to shoot 5ft or more.

If you’re doing PE too hard, your EQ could be down as a result. I know personally that If I try to do 5 days on, 2 days off, around the 4th day on my EQ is complete garbage despite me being 20 and healthy. A day or 2 off brings it back, though.

Basically stretching ruins erections and you must fight it by flaccid kegels. If you only jelq and take L-Arginine you will gain size. Stretching is basically for people who are obsessive and dedicated in that order.

If I were you I would drop PE completely for a couple of weeks and see what happens.

To be honest you have a damn big ass dick already, so it is not going to hurt you to take time off.

I also think there may be some psychological stuff going on, in that you are too busy worrying about your erection to loosen up enough to actually have one. Figure out a way to enjoy yourself and stop thinking.

P.S. Your female doctor has heard and seen it all. She is not going to be “shocked” or “think less of you.”. If our advice doesn’t work out, just see her again and just blurt it out.

Mods/vets - is this true? When I first started PE, my EQ was easily a 6 or 7, then, after 2-3 weeks of PE I was rock hard, like a 9 or 10, but now, with some fantastic length and girth gains under my belt under a short amount of time, I feel like my EQ is slipping.. 7 or 8 at best.

Kegals are very very difficult for me for some reason. I can’t even hold them for 2 seconds.. It’s more like little kegal burts, 10-15 at a time, usually do 40-50 with a 4-5 min warm up hot wrap session.

Anything that can done to better my EQ?

Stretching never ruined my erections. Jelqing is what brings my EQ through the roof and kegels top that up nicely. But as with all things PE, pay attention to your body and do what is good for you.
