Feels like it's going to explode

Like the title says. I have been peing for 2 weeks now using the beginner routine 2 days on one off and on the days I PE when me and the girl have sex I get so hard it feels like it’s going to explode.” so hard it hurts” I guess would be the best way to describe it. Is this something I should worry about or not. Also on days I don’t PE this is not an issue. Any help would be great thanks in advance.

I don’t think it will ever explode. It is a problem only if you feel it is. When I get this kind of feeling, I’m very happy.

May ask: a) how old are you? b) do you smoke marijuana or are on some kind of medicines?

No meds just taking zinc and arginine. And yes I smoke about half a pack a day but only smoke between 7 am and 4 pm after that no cigs but the occasional cigar and I am 30

Then your low department is very reactive to PE. That should be a good thing. Only advice I can give is cut off work if and when your dick begin reacting in the opposite way - less powerful.

So if I have issues getting an erection then I need to stop for a while and start back slowly and figure out what I was doing wrong?

Rigth. The wrong thing would be probably overwork. But for now you can enjoy these super hard erections. They alone should make PE well worth, don’t know why you feel that worried. (:
