You’re cool with Ephedrine, but you have issues with Caffeine?

How does that work? Of the two Ephedrine is by far the more problematic. It fucks with your heart.

I’m with you on the High Intensity Interval Training, though. The Body for Life program incorporates a variation of this idea into its cardio/aerobic program.

Oh the reason of the caffeine thing is that I’m almost positive I have a caffeine allergy, almost everybody has not heard of it but it can cause various amounts of side effects in different people that have an allergy. I haven’t had problems since I’ve stopped ingesting caffeine but I also kept taking ephedrine so that’s how I know it’s not the ephedrine causing problems.

An allergy is an allergy, so I defer to that. Obviously it’s not for you if you’re allergic. Have you looked into other fat burners, though?

Yeah I have actually, none that I have found that work as good as the ECA stack. I’ve tried Hydroxycut, didn’t really do it for me, plus Muscletech’s priced tend to be a bit insane. That’s the only other one I’ve tried, but if the product doesn’t have those ingredients, then it’s pretty much just a gimmick I think. The one product though that has caught my eye and I actually have a buddy using it is Nutrex Lipo-6. I’ll have to ask him how he likes it. Also I looked into another product called 7-keto-DHEA, it seems fairly good as well.

Ephedrine definitely made my dick shrivel up and hide. Needless to say, I no longer go anywhere near ephedrine based fat burners.

I agree overall weight loss is the only way. Everyone knows you can’t target train fat loss. Fat leaves the body the same way it comes on. Areas of lesser fat concentration goes first. This is why when people lose weight, the first place you see it is in the face and neck. Unfortunately the thickest fat is usually around the gut. This is why belly fat is so stubborn. It is usually the first fat we put on and the last to go. With women it’s hips, with men, the gut. Lower abs and the pubic fad pad is usually the very last fat to come off.

Working abdominal muscles like sit-ups and crunches even adds insult to injury as far as flaccid hang is concerned, because muscular abs can hide a flaccid almost as badly as the fat pad. The idea is to be trim, but not thick through the middle. For me working the thighs seems to get the lower abs and pad trim better than anything.

I lost an enormous amount of weight on ephedrine with just cardio, swimming and power walking. But, Hap is right. That shit is really bad for you. It raises you blood pressure, and really does shrink your flaccid. Other than surgery, cardio is the only way.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard this one.

Typically working the abdominals tends to slim people down. I suppose an overly developed set of abs could make you appear ‘thick through the middle’ but I think most folks would need to go a long way for this to be so.

Over all, toning the abs will tend to reveal cock, not hide it.

Ephedrine, taken over a long period, can weaken your heart. I’d say stay away.

Sure, a well-toned belly will show off more dick than a gut, and muscle always looks better than flab. What I mean is overly developed abdominal muscles tend to hide some shaft. I see a lot of hard-bodies at nudist camps, actually all kinds of bodies. It seems to me the guys who have really great abs, six-packs and better, tend to have small a flaccid, or appear to. Then, of course, there are the fat guys, most prevalent at the camps, who have little to no flaccid hang at all. In my experience it is usually the tall skinny guys that sport the most flaccid meat. Maybe the unit just looks smaller against some of these ripped weightlifter types, but in my experiences, at least as far as nude recreation goes, muscles and a big flaccid hang on the same body are very rare.

How long did it take to notice the weight coming off with the ephedrine? And long did you take it for? I was thinking of doing something like 3 or 4 weeks on 2 or 3 weeks off. Do that a couple of times until I was satisfied. I have another fat burner that I could use that has clenbuterol and yohimbine hcl in it, and that is supposed to work on localized fat loss. I think I am going to wait awhile till I use it though.

I dropped 80 pounds pretty quick, in about five weeks with a heavy ECA stack. Then I hit a plateau for a couple of weeks, lost nothing, got real discouraged, but then started losing again at a little slower pace. Took about a year to lose the 130 pounds just power walking and swimming. I think I probably swam the English Channel and walked across Texas, but the pounds dropped off scratching and screaming all the way.

Ephedrine will take the weight off. There is no doubt about it. But there is a big down side. Other than the known health issues Hap and others have posted, the biggest problem with ephedrine is once you stop taking it, the weight comes right back, and it comes back quick. Losing it slowly with cardio is the best way to keep it off, and working the thighs is the best way to get it off your fat pad.

Eating right is really the deal breaker in my opinion. Even if you exercise like a maniac, unhealthy eating will seriously hinder your progress. I know there are some who say you should splurge on unhealthy food about once a week to keep yourself from going crazy, but in your case I would limit it to maybe once every two weeks at the most, and even then don’t go overboard. Unhealthy food is very addictive simply because it tastes so damn good. The less you have, the less you think about how good it tastes. Keep up the cardio exercise, and incorporate weight training into your workout as someone already mentioned. Work every muscle group, as areas such as the lower back and legs are too often neglected. What I’ve found to be very effective (and fun!) is boxing/kickboxing on a punching bag. Aggressive and agile movements really target your core muscles, and kicking tones up the muscles around your upper thighs and hips and the area near the fat pad.

Hey Big Girtha, 5 WEEKS, or 5 months, just would like to clear it up becuase if you actually mean weeks, I NEED your exercise routine haha.
