extender vs hanger

I have read many posts of PEers using BIB hanger. I have also seen in ads and even in videos with people using “extender”.

Which one works better?

I really want to replace my manual stretches.. they can be quite sore on my hand.. and time consuming. If hanger or extender I can leave it on for a while and work on something else.

I’m sure others can probably answer you better than I (me being a newbie myself) but from the research I’ve done on here, I’d say hanging is the way to go. Just check out BIB’s results.

My suggestion would be to find good hanging routine, coupled with wearing some type of ADS.
