Hey what’s up guys. Im back, I actually experienced an injury in late august and have been out of pe for sometime now. If yu guys coul give me a nice routine to get back into the “thick” of things it would be much appreciated.

What are your symptoms? Ie what kind of pain, how bad is it and where is it located. Many times the answer is to let your unit completely rest. I’m currently injured as well, and masterbating (ejaculating in general) re-inflames it. So no fun for me :( Sucks not being able to PE!

Well sometime in august i was edging and I was real close to coming so i held it back, it took everything i had and nothing came out. Immediately after that I turteled for about a month straight. I didn’t really experience any pain just alot of turteling, Now its not so bad its just my erections are on and off, I know I definitely lost some girth and maybe a 1/2 inch in length depending on my EQ. I’m kind of just looking for a routine to get my EQ back to tip top shape, I haven’t had morning erections in forever.

Technically or maybe I should say biologically, there is nothing harmful about holding back a load of cum. I think you got it in your head that you had done something really wrong or hurtful and your brain has gone into shutoff erection mode in response.

First of all you have got to get it into your head that you did not hurt yourself and all of your plumbing is in perfect working order.

Then you should get out your best porn and have a super nice masturbation session to get yourself out of this funk.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Do not worry about turtling or your morning wood. It may be caused by something else. I doubt you injured yourself. I never have morning wood anymore but my erection are still healthy. Do light stretching routine to help with the turtling.

Best news I’ve heard all year! Im back baby! I’m going to focus on the linear newbie routine until I stop making gains.
