EQ is evaluated in totality (read the thread). If you don’t stay hard as long or as easily, then your EQ is DROPPING. That doesn’t mean your EQ is shit, you just have decreased it. That is an indicator, that probably you are doing too much. Keep over doing your PE, and your EQ can end up in the shitter. EQ is best evaluated at the early indications of change, either better or worse, and make small sensible changes in your routine to steer it in the right direction.
How lack has a good handle on the concept, listen to what he is saying.
I listen to everything he has said to me from the start and I understand his words but I wasnt sure that my problem was a cause of poor EQ or a psychological thing.Im going to start very lightly again in a week if things are getting better and put in practice everything that you guys have suggested.Also have you read my thread from the start? I seem to stay hard if she blows me but when Im on top and start going faster and faster and stat sweating then the problem comes.
