Well,I’ve been doing PE for a while and I’ve noticed some changes.My size increased a little bit in girth, from 12.4cm to 12.7cm and no changes in length,maybe a little bit there but not noticable.My question is that for the past 2 months that i’ve been doing PE my erection when I have sex sometimes decreases when Im inside.I can get hard and can stay hard if she gives me a blowjob but sometimes when I fuck her it just drops.Does it have to do with PE?Is my penis getting tired more easily from the excersises or is it a psychological thing?I need some answers if anyone has gotten the same problem because I would like to know if I should cut down on the PE.I dont have a proper routine but I would say that I do around 70-100 3 second jelqs and in between 1-2 minutes of hand clamping for 2-3 sets.Thank you

I think its more psychological thing, as you said that with a blow job, you keep hard all the time. Try to maybe change positions or include something new to the game, so you will excited about during sex.

Dude, let me tell you about my little but useful experience.

I started PE in 2009 for a couple of months very irregularly and stooped.

Earlier this year, I decided to start again and straight to a 200 jelqs routine. This ruined my EQ and I started to get desperate until I found this thread Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:

After reading this, I restarted my routine from scratch and found out I was doing everything wrong.

I took a step back, added hot wrapping, careful stretching, slow and firm 50 jelqs and above all I made a serious commitment.

Anyway, after two week my EQ was off charts, never seen it like that.

So my point is, read the thread and reevaluate your routine, because if you`re doing wrong it CAN affect your EQ.


Starting in 06/01/2015 - BPEL - 5.813 / EG 5.313

Current - BPEL - 6.750 / EG - 5.500

ONLY Goal - 7'' NBPEL

I think what most people believe is that you get out of it what you put into it: the ‘no pain; no gain” mentality. If you hit the gym with a desire build muscle you don’t go and lift pussy weights. You press the maximum iron and go hard core. Your body shuts you down before you destroy yourself. It’s the same with everything else you do in life. EXCEPT PE. This is an exercise that takes a delicate touch, careful consideration and precise application. There is no “one size fits all” program because your dick isn’t like mine or like Titleist’s or Walter’s. If something works for them then that’s great. If you try their routine hoping to get their gains it destroys your EQ and/or you don’t gain.

So what works? Only you know. There are guidelines here at Thunders. Follow the program that offers the LEAST amount of controlled injury and consistently work your penis for a month or more…or less if it too harsh. Above all, if you can’t get an erection having a bigger dick is just plain meaningless. EQ first and with a rock hard dick move forward with size increases. If you are messed up mentally and go “crazy” on your dick then you are going to fuck yourself up. Plain and simple.

Again, go with the LEAST amount of CONTROLLED injury to achieve gains while constanly monitoring your PIs. Increase or decrease as necessary. Let your penis grow slowly and be happy with what you have while striving for better.

Stop clamping. Your dick is tired. Give it a week off. You don’t have anything to lose. A week off clamping will not affect your progress.

May be psycholocigal. Perhaps you expect your girlfriend to feel different with your gains from pe and maybe nothing changed and you feel awkward because you notice the gains. Grow a solid half an inch lengthwise and gitrhwise and then she will feel it.Trust me.

I also suggested not to masturbate or have sex everyday while on pe. Which I think you are doing. Not only you are exhausting your penis, but you also slowing down your progress.

It’s one of those three or all of those three together.

35-45 years old. 3-5 a week.
45-55 years old. 2-4 a week.
55 and over. 1-2 a week.

Wow..Im way over past that.Everyday I ejaculate from sex 2-3 times and when she is gone and I feel horny I masturbate so 3-4 times.I guess Im overdoing it.Yesterday it was better,I was able to hold it erect until I ejaculated.Also I measured 10 minutes ago and the girth was 12.7-8.Before that it flactuated sometimes at 12.5-6 or lower.I guess that some rest was needed.I will not do any PE for this week and I’ll try to see if the problem is fixed.If not then its psychological which I really hope it isnt.

Like I said before, a one size fits all routine isn’t going to work for you. Start with 5 minutes of light jelqing with 5 minutes kegals 2 days on 1 off and 3 on 1 off. Do this for a week and see if your EQ gets better. Cut down on ejaculating. (DO NOT WATCH PORN) if you are doing it. That stuff will ruin your sex life with a real life woman.

If your EQ is better with this routine you might consider adding clamping if you want. If your EQ drops for more than a day you are overdoing it and need another break. Start back with an even lighter routine. Don’t get impatient. Some penises are very delicate and some are tough. You just need to know which of those you have.

EQ is evaluated in totality (read the thread). If you don’t stay hard as long or as easily, then your EQ is DROPPING. That doesn’t mean your EQ is shit, you just have decreased it. That is an indicator, that probably you are doing too much. Keep over doing your PE, and your EQ can end up in the shitter. EQ is best evaluated at the early indications of change, either better or worse, and make small sensible changes in your routine to steer it in the right direction.

How lack has a good handle on the concept, listen to what he is saying.
