Hey all. This question goes out mostly to those of you who spend a great deal of time in the gym.

I work out (my body, not my penis) about 5 days a week, and while I work out, blood is robbed from my penis and goes to whatever muscles I’m working out, so basically my penis like a shrunken peanut throughout my workout. I know this is normal, as your muscles just need more oxygen, but is it bad for PE? I just feel like I’m doing all this stretching and jelqing, and then shrinking my penis again in the gym.

I did 4 days of gym work and PE. I gained .5 in length while doing so. I doubt you have anything to worry about.

Not a very scientific answer, I know.

I have the EXACT same question. When I get back home from doing a good leg routine which robs an incredible amount of blood from the body to feed the unit looks like someone let the air out of it, takes a good part of the day to return to normal.


No, I don’t think it is bad. In fact I think it is good for your penis and your libido. Especially exercises like squats are known to boost testosterone levels plus exercise promotes good blood circulation and that is also good for all body functions.

One thing I do is if weight lifting and PE fall on the same day, I do the PE after the weights. As a matter of fact, do PE after any form of exercise. That way your penis doesn’t get robbed of your efforts.

Great idea. I wonder if an adequate amount of blood will still be supplied to your penis to properly PE after a gym workout? I have to do legs tomorrow (Heavy squat and heavy leg press).

I’ve been trying to do PE late at night, just as a precaution. I just wasn’t sure if the loss of blood from my penis a few hours a day would hurt any gains. Maybe I’m just being paranoid.

Over all squats and leg preses are great for PE health.

After a good shower my penis get back to normal, on my training days :D

I go to the gym 5 days a week myself. I have found that doing PE immediately after my workout gives me a good effect. At that point the blood is flooding through my body and I seem to get a good amount of blood to the penis. At the gym I go to there are separate cubicals for everyone at the showers which gives you some privacy. I managed to get in 100 jelqs after my workout today and there was a lot of blood flowing down there, I had to stop a couple of times to let the erection subside.
