Could someone please help me with this, because I’ve searched and I can’t seem to understand how to edge properly for the life of me. If you have a link or would like to explain how to do it in full detail, please do so to help me out. Thank you.

Just masturbate until you’re about to ejaculate. Right when you hit the “point of no return”, do a reverse kegel. There’s controversy as to what exactly a reverse kegel is. It’s one of the two following:

1) push on the PC muscle with your finger (located between your scrotum and anus)

I agree with Godzilla - if you can keep yourself rock hard for 30-40 minutes - or more - it stretches the penis and results in growth. I only discovered it a couple of months ago and it does take some practice (not unpleasant). But I am convinced it is the route to gains and, importantly, to cementing gains.

Godzilla’s routine: (First year of PE)

Lightly stretch penis out during morning shower.

After drying off and wrapping a towel around my waist I squat, reach behind my leg gripping penis just above glans.

Pulling to one side with slow and steady force while counting to 60 I breathe deeply as I feel the stretch.

Switch to the other hand and stretch to the other side, again counting to 60.

Still squatting I reach in front gripping penis and pull straight out counting to 60.
