We all know the benefits of jelqing after workout.To keep the engorgement as long as possible and to improve our EQ.It helps with stamina too.

The reason for doing PE after your physical workout is to make your post PE results last longer. If you do PE before your workout, then during your workout your body is going to direct your blood supply to your muscles where it is needed and literally drain it from your cock where it is not needed.

So whether it is jelqing or edging, it is best done after your physical workout.

Another good tip is to edge after your PE workout, especially pumping, so you can make your post PE results last longer. It is also a good indicator that you haven’t gone overboard if you can maintain a good erection after doing your PE.

I created a mess, so sorry.

Basically edging should be done when it is most comfortable for you. For me I don’t think I would be able to do anything else after edging because I would need to ejaculate.

It dosent really matter when you edge. I do it sometimes before and sometimes after my workout.

But because i am into a hard stretching routine right now i prefer doing it after to push some blood in the penis as a warm down.

I’m currently on a stretch intensive program but I also do the regular PE at night. I prefer edging after my workout because then I stay nice and engorged for a while, and also having all that blood there for 20 to 30 minutes after your routine helps with the healing process. I have seen my best gains when I have done edging at the end without ejaculating. Almost as if edging at the end cements any gains you might have made during that routine.

I would relocate the edging for last.

I usually edge after PE, like the others. I’ve tried to edge in between reps while pumping but that never ends well.
