Dry jelqing - WOW.

Definitely, I use the dry jelq, the difference is exacerbated. You even have to take some care with the donut effect, it can be obtained more easily with this method.

All right somebody asked to explain better the grip I reccomend. I thought some pics could hlep.

First pic is the best grip for safeness; the others are ok too, exception made for the 3d pic (0118,.jpg) which shows exactly what you shouldn’t do.

OMG man that 3rd is the one I was doing all along :( thank God I have not damage myself :( now that I think of it when I make the jelqs with that form it feel uncomfortable in my hand.

I say thank God that I have not damage myself too. I use the pinch grip only when I do wet jelqs, but I’m gonna do the pinch grip when I do dry jelqs too now.. that’s for sure!

I’ve been doing a two hand variant of the first pic called the Ultimate V Jelq

Sorry my post got sent before I finished. I found out about it here http://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e…te-jelq-uj.html.

You do it by forming an upright V with one hand and squeezing the fingers underneath with the other hand as you jelq. I am uncut and dry jelq.

So is the third pic a grip one should avoid, even when performing wet jelqs? This is exactly what I do.

Yes. The third is like the video shows but the video also shows other 2 types of doing it brother. You just need to look for the one that is better for you. Those picks are only as a recommendation for us. And it is not that it doesn’t work but only that you will get fatigued by doing the third one. ( Your hand will hurt ).

If I jelq like the first pic shows.. pinching on sides, my erection level keep at almost where I want it and it feels much better.. But if I jelq like the third pic, my erection goes down.

That happens to me too. When I use the third pic my erection dies soon after. With the others I can last more jelq.

Nope. The third pic shows a grip which is less fatiguing, but more dangerous, so should be avoided.

Yes.. so the pinch is good choice both too last longer jelqing and safer healtier way as marinera say. I’m gonna use that technique when I dry jelq too, concentrate on the sides. Maybe it’s a good way not get fatigued and exhausted after workout..

Marinera, I am not sure if I understand your pics correctly but pic 3 has fingers above and below and that is were the squeezing occurs - am I correct?

Rbi99 over at the PEgym forum explained to me that the aim of jelqing was to squeeze the Corpus cavernosum (CC) which lie along the sides of your shaft rather than the Corpus Spongiosum (CS) which lies below as well as the dorsal vein on the top. Apparently not a good idea to squeeze the dorsal vein. He is a promoter of V jelqing which is consistent with pic 1. As I mentioned earlier he likes a two hand variant he calls the ultimate jelq.

He said you get best gains by squeezing the CCs.

Yes man. I used it today and I made 70 jelqs and I did not got fatigued or hand pain at all. I just wish I had more privacy then I could grow my .75 inch in almost no time hahaha I wish.
