Don't get over eager
To all the newbies, don’t be to eager to change your routine. The newbie routine is excellent and does produce gains. I have been doing it since I’ve started and have been fortunate enough to receive great gains. In the beginning my EQ wasn’t so good and I believe that this was one of the reasons for my gains. With the newbie routine my EQ has increased dramatically and so has the intensity of my ejaculation.
I have been doing the newbie routine since the beginning and I’ve measured my progress. I know I’ve been fortunate, but I’ve been consistent with my exercising. I did take a week break due to a slight decrease in girth, which is a NI, but the girth did return.
My routine has just recently changed. I haven’t changed the duration of my jelqing, I’ve just added inverted aided v stretches for 10 minutes in the morning then I perform the newbie routine. It looks like this
A.M.
10 minutes heat with rice sock
10 minutes inverted aided v stretches
10 minutes heat with rice sock
P.M.
10 minutes heat with rice sock
5 minutes manual stretch while using rice sock
20 minutes jelq
10 minutes heat with rice sock
So far this has been a great for me and I don’t think it’s too intense. I was over eager to change my routine and I think thats what caused me to need a week off. If anyone has any advice or thoughts for me on my routine please let me know.
