Don't do what I did.
I started doing PE about a year and a half ago. When I first started, I did everything to the basics and made sure every little detail I got down. I did the newbie routine for about 2-3 weeks and in those two weeks, my penis felt like it was in the greatest shape ever. I was getting veins on my penis I never thought I had. My erections as well as morning wood were amazing. And finally, my penis was GROWING. I had gained about .2 inches in these 2-3 weeks. However.something possessed me to make a few changes after this short period of time. I decided to shave my pubes because I thought it would help me somehow improve my strokes as well as change my stroking form. Boy do I regret this.This not only resulted in crappy strokes with little to no bloodflow movement, but I also stroked HARDER trying to compensate for the crappy bloodflow. I carried this on for a good couple months being completely oblivious as to why I no longer made gains. After a total of 6 ish months with no progress, I decided to completely stop and figure things out and came to realize my mistakes. Anyways I tried to get back to the basics and do things the way I did when I first was getting results.and it’s not the same. I do things exactly as I did when I first started but my penis seems to not want to react the same way. Urgh. No length or girth gains, no stronger erections, and no increase in vascularity after workouts. Anyways just a story I thought I’d tell for all you that have just started.Be careful. Has anyone else experienced this and conquered it? I need some motivation heh.
