Doing multiple routines e.g. Pumping&ADS&Clamping
I have read some posts about penis pumps, in the pumpers forum, and ran across a few ADS threads and checked out the clamping 101 thread.
However, I was wondering, would it help to achieve better results, when doing more than one routine, for example pumping and ADS? Let’s say, one day pumping, next day ADS?
Finally, would clamping fit in any of the above routines? If yes, what is recommended?
