Dear fellows,

First, you guys are great!

I have read alot posts here.. I found out alot information dat I need.. N guess wat? I have already started doing Jelqing and Manual stretch for about a week..

I’d be very appreciated if you could tell me (advice or suggest) about what I am doing..

1. M doing hot wrap and penis massage for 5 minutes before I do da wet Jelqing
2. 15 minutes of Jelqing (downward only), I start to squeez my penis abit and stretch it downward, hold it for 10 seconds then stretch it to left, right and up..
3. I take a break by doing hot wrap again and repeat to step 2.
4. After repeating step 2, I go back to step 3 and start doing wet jelqing again, but dis time, I do it with all directions ( down, up, left and right)

I am just a new beginner, but I do it 6 days a week!! ( I know it is overdo), but since I don get any pain, I just keep doing it from 15 minutes up to 45 minutes a day .. Is dat too much?

I apply whitening lotion (Nevea UV Whitening lotion for more precise) after da process, and that is it..

Here are my questions :

1. Please tell me about ma routine.
2. Now, I found dat my erection penis goes a little bit to da right, why? Before it just look straight, very straght.
3. I wanna do PE with Kegel ( when m driving, 100 a day) is it ok?
4. Does PE make us feel exhausted? Does PE disturb da sperm? Cos M not a fat man.. I don want PE to make me look thinner
5. After a week of PE, I kinda notice dat I pee alot.. Many times a day and night .. And I always wanna pee.. Even with just a small or big amount of urine.

And Welcome to the forum.

I’m glad to see that you have read a lot of posts here before starting your routine. You have gone to a lot of trouble to prepare yorself for the exercises..

I would think you are tending to overdo it a little, as you are pulling your penis to the right. Are you Right handed? That is, do you naturally do things with your right hand. It may be that you are doing all your jelqing with your right hand. And because of that, you are pulling your penis to the right. You may find that jelqing with the left hand only may correct the right slant of your penis.

Do you jelq with an erect penis. It is best to jelq with a semi-hard penis, as you can damage it when it is erect and hard, while you are PE’ing.

There are various opinions regarding the way you are jelqing (downwards), Some people say that a straight out jelq is better, so you might like to try doing the straight out position and see if that helps to straighten your penis

Generally, there is nothing wrong with your routine, although you should be careful of the 45 minute session, You might just be overdoing it, But you must go with what your body is telling you. You seem to be sensible in your approach in doing the exercises,

You mention that you pee a lot. That could just be that you are stimulating your penis head, and it is sending messages that you want to pee. It is a kind of reaction that some people have. (Mine goes the other way, I tend to pee less often now that I do PE exercises!

Many of us have made gains in the flaccid and erect size of our penises. So there is every reason to expect that you can make gains in both flaccid and erect length yourself. The main point to watch is that you don’t get too enthusiastic and work too hard on your penis. Just stay within reasonable feeling of stretching.

I have read the PE information in more than one forums ( over 300 hundred posts).
It took me more than three weeks to start doing the Jelqing and Manual Stretch.

I do it with 50-70% erection penis and always stop it while I got full erection.

Well, you are right, I do Jelqing with my right hand.
At the mean time, I havent found any answer to my 3rd and 4th question yet.

Don’t worry too much about your English at the moment. It is not your native language, but you can improve it by comparing what you write with what we reply. Then you can improve your English as well as your dick - Double the value!

(That is why I used several of your expressions correctly in my reply. Like: I’m = M)

Q3 Yes you can Kegal while doing jelqing etc.
Q4 Pe should have no effect on your general body health or sperm count. Ecept it might improve both. But certainly should not reduce anything.

I have spent hours and hours reading the posts, and some useful information here.. I really enjoy reading it.

Oh, Let me tell you something, I kind of notice that I have gained some girth, my penis is getting wider, but not the glans. It now have a look of the inverse “V”, I hope you got what I mean, the girth is bigger than the head.

I have read quite a few posts about making the glans bigger , it’s about (#uli 3) or squeezing stuff like this, but I am not so sure, even I have seen some “How to squeez” videos.. Would you mind to help me out, or direct me to a very specific thread here about making the mushroom head bigger?

According to Ulistretch (global member) and Uli’s and sqeezes routine, we can only gain girth not lenght? Is that true?

I am only doing wet Jelqing and Manual Stretching, no hanging nor other routines, Is my penis going to gain some lenght? I actually need my penis to get a lot more length and girth.

I have to say that I have never tried Uli’s, so I can’t give any useful opinion on it, but the link

will lead you on to a video.

However, it is a very advanced exercise, and I would suggest you refrain from it until you have made some gains, which would have got your penis accustomed to some heavy work.

Pumping is more likely to give you a continuous increase along the girth, and I consider this is a better way to go. Even a very cheap one to start off with will give you an idea of how it will affect you, (I made my own to start with and found it worked quite well ,but was a bit rough!)

You may find that girth will increase along the full length of your penis, If you ease off of the heavy session you have been doing. Try some squeezes of the Glans to help gain girth at the end, but do not use heavy pressure, as the Glans is more susceptable to damage than your shaft.

I think your routine at present is adequate, as you must have made some gain in length simply due to your penis, as you said’ going a little bit to the right’

This means that pulling to the right when jelqing has in fact lengthened it slightly on the left side. Which, shows that you are capable of making gains in length.

You can do more stretching But it is a bit hard on the wrists. I have found that a good stretch can be obtained by grabbing your penis from behind (best when lying down on your side, and pulling your penis down betwee your legs. This allows your wrist to take the strain on your bum. After a few minutes change over to the other hand and do the same but pulling in the other direction. This way you can keep a steady pull without your wrist getting tired.

Also you will find that the pull this way is concentrated on the Glans, so you may find this helps to increase girth there.

The link above will also show several ways of increasing girth with some videos to help out, Have a look at those and see if one is suitabale for you. There are several different methods to choose from so that should give you an idea of what might suit you.

Just remember though that gains don’t come overnight. Frustrating as it seems Your penis health is paramount so don’t go too hard on it and you will find that gains will come.

One point I would mention is that some doubts have been discussed about clamping. It does produce results, but can result in bruising etc. So do check before you embark on this voyage.

You seem to be doing things right and taking serious regard of the problems so you should get gains without problems.

I shall be away for a few days at the end of this week so If you don’t get an early reply, don’t think I have forgotton you!

The reason some of the guys are commenting on your language? Your English is very good but you are using some elements of chat speak. In fact your English is so good the guys are assuming you could drop the chat speak if you wish and have English which, sadly, would be better than many from the USA. The reason we don’t like chat speak? Chat speak can make it very hard for non-English speakers to understand what you have written, especially if they are using an translation program. So if your command of English is good enough to not use the chat speak it will help out guys that can’t speak English as well as you do. If you have improved your English by participating in forums and chat rooms so that in some cases you only know chat speak for certain words, don’t worry about it, just do the best you can.

One of the cool things about this place, aside from getting a bigger unit, is that we get guys from every corner of the globe. With that in mind, we try to make it as acessable as possible to non-English speakers.

Frankly, I can speak English and French very fluently though (it is not showing off, but it’s real), but my writing stuff is dump since I’ve always been really careless about reading and writing.

Anyway, I’m trying to do the right thing, that’s why a lot of questions about PE always come up in my head :-) haha..

I have been thinking about the ‘thinner glans’ problem,

I wonder. Do you ease off the pressure as you jelq forwards, You may have read that it is not a good thing to apply too much pressure on the top near the glans and I wonder if you are easing the pressure there as you jelq forward.

If so perhaps you might like to try jelqing but applying pressure at the sides of your dick.
This could have the effect of pushing blood into the Glans without heavy pressure on the nerves at the top of your penis.

Other than that it might be worth trying a different starting point say half way down your shaft and press forward from there, Vary the starting posuition though or you may find you go thin in the middle. Again pressure on the side would be better..

Like all the ‘different’ exercises, they are unproven although they are simply a variation of the established ones. So it is worth notingthe effect, and if any swelling, pain, or deformation rakes place then stop immediatetely.

I don’t think it would happen but bearing in mind your ‘swing to the right’ You may be more susceptable to pulling than others.

So try it for a minute or two to start off with and see how you go.

I did try it myself, and although it was not a long session I had no ill effects, (or great gains!). But as always, these don’t happen over-night.

Over hand or ‘underhand’ and use alternate hands!
