If you’re going to ads I suggest starting out witht the shunga roll. Its cheap, comfortable and affective.

I think these exercises are quite difficult.
When I jelq I don’t feel lika I get so much pressure it doesnt matter how hard I hold the ok grip, am I doing wrong?? In witch angle is best ?and the stretch either it slips or otherwise my hand goes up to the glans can I stretch when holding on the glans?or right behind?
I had similar problems stretching when first starting out. I found that by pushing my foreskin back a little bit and grabbing my dick about half inch behind the head, I could get a decent stretch. Also if you stretch after you jelq the extra blood in your glans will give an extra something to hold onto. Just be patient and try many variations and youll eventually get it. It took me a good year of only jelqing and being frustrated by stretch grip until I finally got the long and short of it (haha).
For extenders if it just hurts when you remove the silicone strap from around the head of you penis, don’t worry. A little pain is normal. There will be a lot less pain after 2 weeks of use. It’s like you penis builds up calus to the strap however you never see the calus
