Hello everybody.

I am about to begin with PE.

And I’m wondering if it’s really work or if it’s a bluff??

And how hard should I Jelq?I have try but I don’t know if I am doing the right thing?when you jelq right how does it feel in the glans and dick??

And how hard should I stretch??

It works. Not for everyone. And not equally. Some gain more and others less. Done properly you’ll have a healthier dick, feel more confident and learn to accept yourself better. Consider size gains as side-effect of improving your dick and your attitude to it. Try it and see :)

PS: the first thing to remember is start light, DON’T overtrain, be consistent, and rest regularly (days of not training). Read about the newbie routine and start light. Less is more.

And that goes for all you newbies. In the sense of dedication you need to have to make meaningful gains this is a lot like weight training, ONLY HARDER.

Believe me I have read alot of this and search around half of the internet.

But it hurts alot to stretch when I stretch with the skin beyond the glans, is it okey to stretch with the skin over the glans (as normal state)?

So it’s best to start with the newbie routine? Or shall I add jelq squeeze too?

It’s gonna be really exciting to begin this and I hope so much it works.

And one more thing, I have bought an extender too, but that thing hurt SOOO much.

The glans gets purple or sometimes White, the glans look dead and I got no feeling in it, so I can wear it for one hour and then I have to rest.

White glans? Stop using that extender!

My friend, your first breakthrough will be when you actually see yourself bigger on the tape measure. Even if it’s a very small gain; when you see that first gain you will stop and look in the mirror and say to yourself, ‘holy shit this actually works!’

Then you will be come a PE addict like the rest of us.

If it hurts your glans or skin, don’t do it.
Retract your foreskin before stretching and grasp like two centimeters behind your glans with palm-down ok-grip to stretch. The point is to not grasp your glans, but the inner structures. You’ll get the hang of it with little practice. Make sure you are not stretching the skin. If you don’t know what the ok-grip is, read read read!

They come and go. I gained almost two inches of lenght and an inch of girth before going for a five years long break. I lost plenty of it during that break but now I am gaining again.

Quit using the extender. Whiteness, BAD. Looking dead, BAD. No feeling, BAD. You should never-ever-EVER get any of that! Stop murdering your penis!
