Does It matter how many breaks I take when extending?

Is the total number of minutes/hours extending what matters, or is It not a good idea to take breaks very often?

Like I try to do 1 hour and then 5 min break and then repeat a few times, but sometimes I only have time to do half of the total time in the morning and then the other half in the evening (still with breaks at least once every hour).

Sometimes the noose also slips off so Its kinda like taking a break when that happens, I guess.

total time under tension. The more hours compressed in the less time possible do miracles. But of course, it all works if you’re not choking your dick to death. Therefore, breaks are good. Sometimes 5 minutes is not enough for irrigation. so breaks could be even longer.

By the way, your starting size is exactly the same as mine, both length and girth You were my dick twin! Reading your posts is like hearing my own thoughts, I’m also a grower and my flaccid is really small. Hopefully I will be able to get similar results as you!

I even got the same extender as you (JES) witch I’m currently using with the noose. I’ve seen you recommend using it with a VAC attachment, I might have to consider upgrading to that.

Would you mind sharing a bit more about your routine? How much traction have you been using with the extender? For me its between 500-1000g I reckon.
Any other tips would be greatly appreciated!
