After pe how many days does it take you to recover?

To get back to your original size?

I would assume it varies from person to person, I can feel bigger all day, then the next be back to normal

Haha, I mean that on my days off my guy is recovering and if I dare measure it always is under (which is why I don’t measure). After 2 days of pe do you take one or two days off?

I guess mine doesn’t stay larger very long. I’ve never measured the same day as PE, always wait 24 hours. It feels consistently bigger. You can see a shrinkage I had from taking a couple months off, but I think I’m making most of that up already.

I’ve been doing PE since mid 2007. It has not shrunk back. I am near full max extension and can maintain it with 10 minutes of stretching per day.

2 days of non pe puts me back my original. O and mines is always bigger after PE not once has it been smaller. I don’t how that could happen?

If you’re asking about the “pumped” size lasting on off days after a session. No unfortunately it isn’t permanent, you may even be slightly smaller while everything heals for the next 24-48 hours. Even then you can still fluff back up with one or two light sessions a week of of jelqing but I reccomend pumping to avoid pressure bruises and keep up blood flow.
