Do bruises go away

I just began the newbie routine and I already see small bruises

Do the bruises go away as I continue the routines or they’ll be there until I completely STOP the PE routines?

I believe it’s very usual to see some appearance of bruises. But don’t worry, bruise will fade away (well, not very soon though and not when you’re working on your PEing routine regularly).

To avoid this, warm up your penis before proceeding your routine and do penis massage in warm water after your PEing session. Do it as often as you can.

I had some bruises too (4 little red dots) and they did go away in 2 days and 2 nights. I didn’t jelq, only stretch. So today they are gone and I’ll start jelqing again.

Bruises always go away, usually the following morning.
