Hi, I’ve been doing PE for quite a while, but I am not an active forum member and I am attempting to fix that.
I had some interesting observations to share and some questions regarding them.
First off, when I do my routine sometimes I get minor discoloration spots, which is not uncommon, but slightly annoying. I used to have to wait a week to two weeks for these to completely heal, but since I have started taking L-arginine (Because I started working out) they heal in 2 to 3 days.
I don’t know if it’s the supplement or the extra cardio work I’m doing, but my down time has been severely reduced since I added the supplement and a heavy cardio workout.
I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experiences?
Perhaps someone can shed light on which is helping, or perhaps if it’s a compounding effect.
