I’m going to start stretching. I’ve been doing most jelqing before, but I am quite proud of my EG, so I’ll take my lenght gains first.

Anyway, I’ve tried doing 3 times in each direction á la 30 seconds, and 2 helicopters á la 10 around. But my morning wood wasn’t there when I woke up. Maybe I was overdoing it, but my question is: Does the newbie routine mean 2 times in each direction when it says you should do 10 stretches?

No one out of 62 people knows? -_-

Two times is fine, so is three times. Just don’t pull so damn hard.

The point of the newbie routine is to condition yourself and get used to the exercises. Not to go full out and hurt yourself. Slow down and take it easy.

So you think my negative PI is because of the intensity, not the actual amount of reps?

I would say it’s the intensity rather than the reps. I would also suggest thet you not give up on jelquing entirely as psrt of the reason for doing it is circulation and penile health.

Yeah, actually, I’ve thought of that. Maybe 10 minutes 1on/off or so, just for the health. :)

I would also suggest that certain members not skip the damn spell check.

I think I should be more specific with my PI: When I wake up, I have no erection at all to semi erection. But after a while, like 5 minutes, I get hard. Should I count that as no morning wood?
