Direction from Plastic Surgeon
Not too long ago I had reason to see a plastic surgeon to reattach my thumb. When we got through all the gory part and the stitches were removed, his direction for scar reduction was to massage the scar with moderate pressure as this would generate new skin cells and reduce the scar. Sure enough, the scar is only visible if you search for it. That tells me that the jelq stretches have to work, you just have to be as diligent at the stretching as in surgery recovery. Anyone else with any observations?
