Hey guys,

Just wanted to make a debriefing of my 2 months of PE. So, I started around the 7th oh july. BPEL : between 5.5” and 5.3” EG : 4.9 BPFSL : 6”

My routine was pretty basic. Warm up in the shower, or no warm up

5/6 minutes stretches all the directions
200 dry jelqs (But I just found the GOOD way of making jelqs, just 2 days ago, you know, hold 3 seconds during the jelq .. The EQ is awesome !)
1-5 uli during jelqs
1 Horse squeezing, just to increase the shaft for the jelqs

It takes me no more than 15 minutes, 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off.

So I measured my little general, just after a workout. My EQ was 5.1” and my BPEL 5.9” ! So I waited, measured again after doing nothing with my dick, and when I am close to 100%, I am between 4.9” ans 5.1” EQ and I am BPEL : 5.9”. I’m really happy, I never reached that goal. My first goal is actually 6”, so I’m really close, I think 2 weeks and it’s done.

I Might be think that the EQ is a big part of the gains. I will continue the newbie routine during september, but add 2 or 3 minutes stretching, and do GOOD jelqs. Then I will probably add more horse squeezing, and more stretches.

My Goal for December is 6.2”x5.3”. And I’m thinking if I continue during December, I will do the memento rapid gains, the 2” routine :)

It’s best to stick with what works. Certainly if you are finding that your gains are stalling, it’s one of the options.

Well, I do it with my two hands. You squeeze gently (or not) the shaft of your penis (the two tubes (?) on the right and left of the penis, but not the third one behind, I think if I understand well, it’s useless), then you go on the top, just under the head of the penis, and the travel have to last 3 seconds, then kegel, and do it again, kegel, do it again, etc. I Never had that huge penis before with my quick jelqs ..

Oh, I see. You mean each stroke takes 3 seconds? If you did super fast before, perhaps that could explain why you grew more in length than in girth before?

You don’t consider the “tube” under the dick to be useful to growth. Is that a commonly accepted truth? I thought it was the part I stretch when doing the “up” stretch?

Oh man, half an inch length in two months is awesome. If it happens to me I will be super happy! It would take me above 18cm which then goes into “big” in my own subjective scale. :)

Yeah, that’s what I meant, sorry, I don”t have all the words in english to describe it :) But I think you’re right, but the EQ is not always here, I’m mostely between 4.9” and 5.1”, but whatever, it will grow :)

What you stretch when you doing up streche is the ligament under the penis, you can easely see or touch it when you strech your penis ahead (in front of you ?), in the up part of your penis, you can see the ligament, and where it goes. (If someone older in PE than me wants to rectify something, he is please to do it :p ).

I really think my most gains are here because of EQ. I have to say, I’m really surprised, and want to see the following :) You have a good start (17cm, damn you’re lucky !) so you can reach your goals ! (And your dream goal, especially the lenght !)

I wasn’t aware of a ligament under the penis!

But I either wasn’t aware that the Corpus Spongiosum was of no interest for PE (unlike the two Corpus Cavernosa).

Does anyone have a good image of where each ligament is placed?

Well, 17cm BP.. Much less NBP. :) This is after a summer of random stretching and probably partly got some growth effects by some much too advanced random PE play many years ago. But yeah, it’s not tiny.. But neither is it big. :)

PS: Do you really live on the North Pole? :)

Did my set tonight, i measured (I have to, I’m crazy :) ), I hit 6.10”, just after the jelqs, it was crazy to see that haha

Okay, now I will not mesured myself until 1st october, i promess.

Bad thing, I did edging, and I cum. I think it blows completly this exercise ><
