Debriefing, 2 months

Just wanted to make a debriefing of my 2 months of PE. So, I started around the 7th oh july. BPEL : between 5.5” and 5.3” EG : 4.9 BPFSL : 6”
My routine was pretty basic. Warm up in the shower, or no warm up
5/6 minutes stretches all the directions
200 dry jelqs (But I just found the GOOD way of making jelqs, just 2 days ago, you know, hold 3 seconds during the jelq .. The EQ is awesome !)

1 Horse squeezing, just to increase the shaft for the jelqs
It takes me no more than 15 minutes, 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off.
So I measured my little general, just after a workout. My EQ was 5.1” and my BPEL 5.9” ! So I waited, measured again after doing nothing with my dick, and when I am close to 100%, I am between 4.9” ans 5.1” EQ and I am BPEL : 5.9”. I’m really happy, I never reached that goal. My first goal is actually 6”, so I’m really close, I think 2 weeks and it’s done.
I Might be think that the EQ is a big part of the gains. I will continue the newbie routine during september, but add 2 or 3 minutes stretching, and do GOOD jelqs. Then I will probably add more horse squeezing, and more stretches.
My Goal for December is 6.2”x5.3”. And I’m thinking if I continue during December, I will do the memento rapid gains, the 2” routine :)
