Current routine

Currently doing bundled stretches under a heat lamp, followed by some relatively light jelqing at 50-70%. Half the time I will jelq with some force but not the whole time.

Also, I’ve read mixed reviews on all day cock rings but I’ve been doing that as well. Just started the BS, but I noticed good solid EQ as well as some solid girth on the first 70~80% of my shaft from it. The bundled stretches seem to have positively affected my length already.

I think I’m going to stick with this. My starting measurements were 6.5BP x 4.8 with bad EQ, and I haven’t measured for a couple months. In a few more months of nothing but this I’ll be posting results and whether or not I attribute them to the current routine. They look promising. That’s all I know for now.

Long term goal is 8x6. The reason I like the bundled stretches is that it seems to have a nice effect on all dimensions of the penis at once.

I’m also a fan of bundled stretches. I’m coming up on the end of my newbie routine and will slowly begin to introduce bundled hanging next month.

I tend to respond pretty well to lengthening exercises, or even exercises with a length component like plumped bends. Hanging or ADS is something I am considering for later for sure.

Still at it. Just bundled stretches, jelqing. I’m not measuring for another couple months.

I thought of something handy to keep from overmeasuring, though. When it’s time to measure, but a cheap ruler from the drug store. After you measure, snap it in half and throw it away. Good way not to waste good PE sessions trying to carve a divet into your pelvic bone. I think his is what I’ll do.
