Current routine and suggestions.
I’ve been working on my PE for almost 3 weeks now (Saturday will be 3 weeks).
It’s going very well.. I’m sticking with the Newbie routine and just upping the exercises a bit. Right now I’m feeling comfortable with 20 mins. Manual stretching (up, down, left, right, and straight out), about 10 mins or so of dry jelqing (I don’t go by time but rather by 150-200 dry jelqs), and a 5 min. Hot wrap with a heating pad before and after.
I’m noticing the difference already. I started out at about 7.25” BPEL and about 5” EG. My EG is about 5.25” right now, which I’m very happy about.. And my EL had went up around.. I’d say 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. My erections are definitely stronger as well.
I’m going for length more then anything, but of course I won’t complain about added girth, because I’d like to work on that eventually as well.
My stretching started out at 10 mins, (didn’t do much for me) then 12 1/2 mins, then 15.. And just yesterday I went up to 20.
15 was working good for about a week but I stopped feeling the effects so much, and after I stopped noticing a better flaccid hang for the next day.
So when I get used to stretching for 20 mins, I’d like to intensify a bit, if my member once again gets used to the routine. So basically what I’d like to know is which other length exercises might be the best in my situation.
Based on personal experience, what has helped the rest of you? I’ve read up plenty on different routines, but what would help me most is experienced PEer’s opinions and thoughts on my situation. Any feedback would be appreciated.
