Could too much girth gains worsen EQ because of imbalance of inner and outer penis?

Could too much girth gains worsen EQ because of imbalance of inner and outer penis?

Normally, the inner penis is slightly thicker or at least as thick as the outer penis. I was wondering, since we’re only able to increase the girth of the outer penis, couldn’t that be harmful for the EQ because of difference in girth? In other words, if you connect a 5 inches wide cylinder to a 6 inches wide cylinder, shouldn’t it be harder to supply enough blood from the smaller to the bigger one?

Moreover, could that lead to less “control” of your dick, since bigger fraction of the blood will be in the outer part? Isn’t it better to have most of the blood in the base/inner part?

That would be the case, or close to it…if expanding one’s penis was as simple as you imagine. I’ve gotten some pretty good girth gains and my EQ has only gotten higher. However, I do theorize that if you get a penis of extreme length and girth (say 11x8”) you’ll run into some cubic volume problems as far as how much blood is needed to supply an erection. This has not been tested by any member here that I’ve observed so is only theory. There’s a chance such a penis on a large enough body would still be feasibly able to get erect.

Remember, your Corpus Cavernosum (one on each side) and Corpus Spongiosum (on the bottom) chambers are placed in three places in your penis, relatively close to the surface. Those control size and hardness. If all three were in the very middle of the penis there wouldn’t be a lot of Penis Enlargement we could do at all. Girth work typically targets those areas and the tunica or covering of those areas.

And if penis growth worked the way you state…this site would get a lot less traffic. *chuckles*

Now: 8.875" BPEL x 6.125" MSEG as of 8/12/2016 It's a long story but...

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

Thank you very much for your response!

I am aware that I might sound a bit naive and uneducated, so please excuse my ignorance.

However, I still couldn’t completely understand exactly the reasoning behind your answer. According to what I’ve read so far in the forum, there is indeed positive correlation between girth gains and EQ. Could you (or someone else) please address the following points:

> “if you get a penis of extreme length and girth (say 11x8”) you’ll run into some cubic volume problems as far as how much blood is needed to supply an erection”

That perfectly makes sense to me as well. Yet, my question wasn’t focused on what would happen if one reaches huge cubic volume, but rather on what would happen if our outer penis is proportionally bigger than our inner one.

> “your Corpus Cavernosum (one on each side) and Corpus Spongiosum (on the bottom) chambers are placed in three places in your penis”

I didn’t quite get that. Which three places?

> “Those control size and hardness.” … “Girth work typically targets those areas and the tunica or covering of those areas.”

Yes, I am aware of that. Yet, isn’t it possible that the outer parts of CC and CS (especially CS, since big fraction of it is inside the body) get “too big” compared to their corresponding inner parts?

> “And if penis growth worked the way you state”

Could you please tell me why my reasoning is wrong?

> I saw that you have some spectacular gains. Could you share how your “control” changed after your gains? By “control” I mean your ability to control the motion of your penis (mostly during sex). As an analogy I’d use the following example: If you hold a 10 inches stick you can easily control the motion of the stick. Yet, if you hold a 40 inches stick, it gets way harder to navigate. I hope you understand what I mean.

Thank you very much once again for taking your time to answer my silly question!

There is no correlation or calculation that we, as PE practitioners, do that makes an optimum gains chart based on our outer penis versus our inner penis ratio. Further, this would be subjective, as many of the people who do PE are significantly overweight and much of their penis is not visible. Does this mean they proportionally can support a larger penis still, due to the concealing their penises with adipose tissue? Unlikely. The amount of tissue inflating with blood is still the key to Erection Quality. How much of said tissue is fully inflated is the direct answer to EQ gains or loss at least regarding the question you pose. No proportion of inner to outer penis has ever truly been relevant in any discussion I’ve personally been in, hence my confusion on your emphasis of this particular point.

Please consult a diagram of the anatomy of the penis. The placement of each of the chambers that fills with blood is considered common knowledge here and I’m unsure how you can pose a question regarding shape of the penis and erection quality when you do not seem to understand what tissue is directly responsible for the erection and its location related to the penis itself. There is a Corpus Cavernosum on the left and right side of the penis shaft. The Corpus Spongiosum is on the bottom of the penis shaft. Their inflation with blood is the source of the erection we visibly and physically experience. Their placement and anatomy do not change with any PE regiment. Their respective sizes for maximum engorgement increase. This is not complex in the effect that it has on the erection; it becomes larger, both thicker and longer in fact as the shaft itself elongates and the chambers follow suit. The process by which this is achieved is complex, with many methods and devices to accomplish the task, and the process itself has some degree of mystery as no urologist has explained the exact principles we use to enlarge the penis to an exact science. However, the fact that girth is primarily facilitated by your CC chambers on the side of the penis and the CS on the underside of the penis is well-known and the ability to affect those parts is key and pivotal to any girth gains you will experience.

Once again, out of all the Erection Quality concerns I’ve ever seen, none of them appear to have any direct bearing on the level of gains experienced. Meaning, bigger guys who have gotten a significant amount bigger do not have more erection quality problems based on any proportion of their CC or CS based in or outside of their penises as related to their gains and prior proportions onward to their present, larger statuses. Erection Quality issues more commonly linked to porn addiction, nerve damage and sensitivity problems, mental reactions to erotic stimuli (or a lack thereof), foreskin issues and testosterone problems. None of the EQ issues anyone I’ve seen has talked about has had any link, even distantly, in the proportional size of the “inner versus the outer penis” that you continue to refer to. I have trouble believing that this concept is relevant, as no discussion I’ve seen anywhere touches upon it or any actual issues that it has possibly caused in the past.

Your reasoning is incorrect by my personal observation because in the 7 years I’ve done Penis Enlargement, in the many forums I’ve observed, and here on Thunder’s Place with a very detailed injuries sub-forum…I have no real idea what you’re referring to. No one in any place I have frequented online has reported, to my knowledge, any problem related to the proportion of inner and outer penis before and after a regiment of PE that has resulted in significant growth. Which would include no Erection Quality issue related to this proportion nor any issues with the control of the penis physically. While your question holds some form of validity in theory, if it were in fact a concern then the numbers of people who have done PE would report decreased EQ with increased size as you theorize and addressing this would be a primary concern of PE as a practice. However, because EQ almost universally increases with the start of a PE regiment, the reasoning appears moot on its face. It seeks a problem where one does not exist and such a cause does not seem adequate for a problem to exist. While Penis Enlargement is not a medically recognized science, all problems and solutions are based on known situations and possible causes and solutions. What you propose is not a known situation or related to any known problem that PE commonly deals with that doesn’t already have a relatively stable solution. So, my confusion is more based upon the fact that what you propose has no outward symptoms and thusly cannot be actually relevant or it would likely have been encountered in numerous cases already. Again, this is my own personal observation from my experience and yours and other people may differ.

My control of my penis is exactly the same as it was when it was smaller. While it significantly increased in size, the scale of it related to the rest of my body is almost exactly the same. My hips maneuver my penis the same as when I was smaller, just as precise a stroke is possible en coitus as before. For me to experience a significant degree of leverage change I would need to have doubled the length from where I started (or some similarly drastic proportion), which would make the entire experience of sex foreign and it would have had to happen suddenly, not gradually over a protracted period of time. Additionally, because gains are experienced so slowly and subtly, any changes in control have been so negligible that they were not notable at all over the course of the gains that I’ve experienced. I couldn’t even pretend that it changed my ability to control my penis other than to say that the increased size merits more care and consideration for my partners.

I hope this answers your question.

Some pretty big boys here never reported an issue with their erections caused by too much size.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I made a similar thread about a week ago. TG, Bill10, Titliest, and a few other members of significant growth all reported positive EQ (subsequently, no negative impact on hardness). I was thinking the exact same thing as you, pressure = temperature/volume essentially. Larger volume = less pressure. Must be something else going on, but I had the same concerns. I do cardio and calisthenics just in case though, maximize bloodflow.

If you have a thought in ANY way similar to "I'm not good enough," take that shit, throw it out the window, roll over it a few times, and light it on fire.

Thank you and all the others for your responses! I guess my reasoning doesn’t make much sense in reality and this reply mostly answers my questions.

I think good blood flow determines the quality of an erection. Size has nothing to do with it.
