After I’m done performing exercises should I cool down with cold rag or hot?? Does anyone know which one is better

I’m going to overlook the yelling this time and tell you that I believe that most guys prefer a warm-down. You may prefer a cool-down. How about trying both and seeing which you prefer?

I always do a warm down as final rite of my routine.
It makes the dick feel nicely relaxed and by the way gives me a great flaccid look.

I have a turtle problem so the warm down helps in giving me a nice flaccid hang as well like R65 mentioned.
