Contrast Bath:

Contraindication
Do not heat areas of the body that are anesthetized, swollen, inflamed, bleeding wounds in areas where there are tumors on the testicles, on the abdomen of pregnant women or in areas of the body of an unconscious person.

I am a teacher/ coach of Physical Education (in Brazil), Exercise Physiology and Athletic Trainer.
The data are from sites of Physiotherapy (in Portuguese). I have also had lessons in Physical Therapy.
I have already applied in other parts of my body and got great results, I begin to apply along with PE.

I’ve been doing contrast bath for the last 2-3 weeks. With maximum erection, I alternate 3-4 minutes hot and cold bath. Sometimes I do that with edging and kegeling.

I’ve been experiencing better expansion and better morning wood recently. Maybe coincidence, I’ll keep on doing it and observing eventual results.
