Constant stimulation for erection
I’m 25, have been doing PE (newbie routine but decreased the amount of stretches a bit since it reduces my EQ). I did PE for 4 months before, but quited for 2 months, and now started it again 1.5 month ago.
Since I have been doing PE, I think my erection strength definitely increased. I can be rock hard if I masturbate slowly and my penis is actually standing up when I stand (even though it’s bended downwards a bit).
However I notice two things that really bug me:
1. I require constant stimulation. Let’s say I have a masturbation session of 10mins, I can be rock hard for the entire 10mins, however if I leave my penis untouched for 20-30seconds, it’s completely flacid again. This is annoying during sex since sometimes I don’t feel much (either too wet, or changing position, or whatever) and I turn flacid pretty quickly. I was wondering how I can make my erection stay up longer without the need for constant stimulation?
2. I notice that when I start having sex more rapid (I.e. My motion during intercourse goes faster), I lose focus or something and I can’t rly feel my penis too much. I also start turning flacid here because I don’t really feel like its stimulating my penis. I’m pretty new at sex even though I’m 25, I was a virgin until 23, so I don’t know if it’s just preference.. I’m pretty athletic so it’s not like it’s making me tired the motion, but I just feel like I lose contact with my penis if I go too fast.
