I started PE about a week ago, and something sort of weird has happened. I was measuring and my Bone pressed measurement went up to 7in while my NBPEL stayed the same. I havent gained weight. Is this good, bad, or neutral?

Also, I have a pretty large natural girth mid shaft at 6 in, but at the base it is closer to 5.4. I do not want to gain mid girth, but would members generally agree that I should add base girth?

The same exact thing happend to me, not with those numbers, but my BPEL went up and my NBPEL stayed the same

Well there is certainly nothing wrong with it. It’s possible you measured the first time on the bone and the second time on the area between the bone and your penis. And strange things can happen when you start pulling your dick.

Perhaps your second question gives the clue as you say you lose circumference at the base. and certainly, I would suggest you work on getting the base girth larger. You could try reverse jelqs from the lower part of the larger girth, and hold the underside of your penis to retain the pressure on the thinner part. But it will take time. It’s not an overnight thing.
