I'm so confused, LOT, BTC, Ligs, Tunica?

I think I’ve read every single hanging thread, every single theory (101), every single penis anatomy site that I’ve found. And I just get more and more confused the more I read. I understand english bad when it comes to unknown words I haven’t heard before and cannot translate.
So I still don’t really know what Loss of Tugback means. I don’t understand what the Ligaments are, or what the Tunica is.
If anyone, has got the time and patience with me, please write me a simple explaination of all this in simple language. I think I’m not the only newbie around here that needs it actually.

I’ve been using an ADS for quite some time now, I’ve never thought about angles. I’m about to start hanging, so when I’ve learned to attach the hanger right and conditioned my penis, stretched the skin, e t c, I would really like to begin correctly.
Therefore, I want to know how I figure out what angle I should hang, and when I should change. I read that some angles stretches the Tunica, while some only works for Ligaments.

I beg someone wise to help me. And please just don’t paste links to older posts or “anatomy 101” pages. I’ve read them all, but the language is too complicated for me, I can’t get it all, which just confuses me more.

Well… could you make a list of exactly what you want explained? You could also try going to the “wiki” at the top of the page. That sould have ALL the answers you need.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Stop worrying about LOT and angles and all that. Just stretch. I’m not sure about the veracity of the LOT theory. I think a lot of guys here have seen good gains by stretching their ligs regardless where their LOT started.

Someday I’ll win the lottery, start the Thunder Institute for Penis Enhancement, buy some some MRI machines — along with a few doctors, grad students and nubile young nurses — and do some real peer-reviewable research on various techniques. (First, I’ll probably have to start buying lottery tickets.) Until then, I’ll stretch my ligs and tunica regardless of my LOT.

You can’t go wrong if you do a BTC stretch that targets both the ligs and tunica. I think I’ve seen most of my gains doing a simple behind the leg stretch that I first talked about here, but has probably actually been done since the beginning of dicks, hands and thighs. I’ve been going steady with this variation for months.

How am I suppose to stretch between the cheeks with a Bib-hanger?!
I would have to be standing up every set and have something that lifts the hanger up behind me… or?

He was talking about stretching rather than hanging.

One idea: You should do an advanced search for posts by Bib that mention BTC.

I only use a Captain’s Wench for hanging, but to hang BTC I sit on the edge of my chair and drop the weights straight down. Then, I lean back in the chair and put my knees up a little. There’s a little shelf on the underside of this computer table I use that provides a place to rest my feet and kick back, so I get the BTC effect. It helps to have a pillow on the front of the seat under my thighs, so the angle is more pronounced.
