Confused about the Uli excercise
I’ve searched through threads and I can’t seem to understand the excercise. I read through Ulistretch’s posts too, but to no avail. From what I can gather, I have to get semi-erect, then proceed to do a wet jelq. However, I stop underneath the glans, then squeeze my “ok” grip 5 times. Release the pressure, then repeat.
The part that confuses me is the squeezing, as I am not sure where I am meant to squeeze.
Starting BPEL: 7.0, EG: 5.0
My Dream: BPEL 8.0, EG 6.0
