I haven’t posted for a while, thought i’d give you a quick update on my routine and hope it helps anyone in my situation out.
I’m a “less is more” by a long way kinda guy, sometimes just the sight of my jelqing lube gives me negative PI’s… anyway:
I’ve been trying to find a clamping technique that works for me, I think with the equally applied forces, ease of use factor, it’s probably a safer option as far as maintaining a straight/healthy unit goes than most PE techniques (not for newbies tho); as long as you don’t go crazy with how hard/long you clamp.
Given that most studies carried out on plastic deformation or ligament deformation seem to tout light force over an extended duration for both expansion and lack of injury I figured i’d try and add this to my clamping regime. As follows:
5 minute warm up.
8 x 15 second stretches (many directions)
4x 15 second clamping, only several clicks into the clamp, this gives me great expansion still surprisingly.
I then repeat the clamping part only 3-5x more during the day, keeping my unit permanently at peak engorgement whilst trying to not stumble over into negative PI’s.
Has it worked? Yeah, I’ve gained 0.1 inches of girth in 4 weeks (when my unit isn’t artificially engorged by my clamping routine) which is pretty good going as I’ve already gone from 4.7 - 5.2 inches from my previous jelqing routine.
