Hey all,

I haven’t posted for a while, thought i’d give you a quick update on my routine and hope it helps anyone in my situation out.

I’m a “less is more” by a long way kinda guy, sometimes just the sight of my jelqing lube gives me negative PI’s… anyway:

I’ve been trying to find a clamping technique that works for me, I think with the equally applied forces, ease of use factor, it’s probably a safer option as far as maintaining a straight/healthy unit goes than most PE techniques (not for newbies tho); as long as you don’t go crazy with how hard/long you clamp.

Given that most studies carried out on plastic deformation or ligament deformation seem to tout light force over an extended duration for both expansion and lack of injury I figured i’d try and add this to my clamping regime. As follows:

5 minute warm up.

8 x 15 second stretches (many directions)

4x 15 second clamping, only several clicks into the clamp, this gives me great expansion still surprisingly.

cool down.

I then repeat the clamping part only 3-5x more during the day, keeping my unit permanently at peak engorgement whilst trying to not stumble over into negative PI’s.

Has it worked? Yeah, I’ve gained 0.1 inches of girth in 4 weeks (when my unit isn’t artificially engorged by my clamping routine) which is pretty good going as I’ve already gone from 4.7 - 5.2 inches from my previous jelqing routine.

Out.

If you are only clamping for 15 second stretches, why bother with a clamp? Just use your hand which allows much more precise modulation of pressure.

I agree with redbear. If you are only clamping for 15 seconds you should just use your hands.

Clamps are dangerous if you are not careful. If you are a less is more guy then I would avoid clamping.

Anyways congrats on the gains bro.

In my experience the clamp takes the guess work out of the forces applied: “a medium force squeeze” is much more difficult to judge than a 3 notches in @ 100% erection with a clamp.

You should be able to judge how much pressure you are applying by the visible amount of engorgement and the way your penis feels.

Since we are in the newbie forum I feel like I need to remind folks:

Clamping is not for newbies. It is an advanced exercise and you should not even consider it unless you have properly conditioned yourself with months and months of manual (hands only) PE.



Sophomoric, I agree with the other guys, just stick with manual clamps if your clamps are 15 seconds — switch hands with every set. And look into doing ULI’s too. See where that gets you.

15 seconds? That is just funny. Your dick is not going to grow by staying at peak engorgement for a total of 5 minutes a day, don’t kid yourself. If this were the case, guys who wear cock rings and fuck twice a day grow huge dicks.

There’s no reason he could not increase that amount over time. When I was consistently doing “sadsak heads” (a form of manual clamping) I was doing about 6 per session, around 20 secs per rep. I am pretty sure they got me some size. So this is a similar idea.

Especially if he is a “less is more” type gainer, as he states.

I agree with the fact that edging does help, and I try to include it whenever possible.

With the stress applied from the clamping I do - the engorgement I get actually persists and only when it begins to subside do I clamp more - so even though the clamp is applied for perhaps 5 minutes TOTAL - the engorgement is far more prolonged than somebody who clamped for 5 minutes in one set.
