I think that pretty much any stress on the skin is going to cause discoloration (darkening).

Do a search about, 2Big - there are advices about how to prevent/reduce discoloration. But don’t expect miracles. The only way to avoid discoloration is doing only manual stretching and Kegel’s as PE work.

I never new jelqing could cause it!

Discoloration isn’t a big deal, I actually like the look, makes that sucker look mean.

I’ve only had mild discoloration from clamping, and hanging. Just work up slow and take it easy.

I could see how jelking could cause it though because of the friction irritating the skin.


I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

Once you achieve your desired size, I don’t think dead is a word the ladies will use to describe your tool.

Not always, stretching has always given me discoloration while jelqing does not give me any.

I know, I already have that dark line about an inch below the glands, because I’m circumcised. I just don’t want any more color problems. But I think discoloration can be minimized by how you perform the exercises. I hope.

I had that as well, and was worried when it got darker and wider! Since then, though, the coloring has evened out, i.e., the whole unit got darker. After three years, it is now even, and a little bit lighter.

I have it also, its interesting to not that the skin south of that line is what gets discolored and the skin north of that line stays light in color.

You’ve also gained very little in girth for 2 years. Notice that most of the clamping gainers have experienced discoloration, while those gaining 0.5 or less may have avoided it (Drilla for example, low intensity, for a relatively shorter time frame).
