So at the 10 minute mark I don’t swell much at all. I went to 15 today on my fourth set and did a lot of kegeling and my dick was swollen as hell to be honest it freaked me out cause it was so much thicker.. Is this a good sign or bad? Should I keep doing 15 minute sets or stay at 10 minute sets without much swelling?

I’d say be very careful. Large swelling is a classic sign of injury. You want expansion, but not massive swelling in my view. It is a fine line and probably best if you use a tape measure to ensure expansion isn’t too great during clamping.

Also, if you are heavily swollen quite long after clamping I’d say this is a bad sign.
