Change of plans, I'm going for girth!
Alright, If you didn’t see my last thread, my life has been a bit upturned lately, but now things are starting to settle, so I think I may begin P.E’ing again. I’m not that new to it, but I’m looking for a short routine that will concentrate on girth gains, not length. I’m 7.2 BPEL at my best, but only 5.0 girth.
Here are the facts. I’ve been off P.E for about 4 weeks, but my unit is used to stretches, 200 a day Jelqs and Horse 440’s. Is there any way I can create a routine solely to maximise girth?
Most importantly, what is the best excercise for girth gains, in your valued opinions? :)
Starting BPEL: 7.0, EG: 5.0
My Dream: BPEL 8.0, EG 6.0
